The Co-operative work closely on a number of secondary schools' careers education to engage students in their future talent pipeline whilst also doing the right thing. After receiving feedback that previous years were too dry and students weren't engaging, they got in touch.
We recreated the Co-op's virtual work experience offering with interesting video content, informal interviews, and lesson plans that get students physically, mentally, and socially taking part in career inspired tasks.
We drew on expertise in content creation, game design and teachers' knowledge to craft eight careers education programmes which one student said would "only be better if it was Fortnite".
Every year 3,000 students participate in this programme as part of careers week.
The Co-Op were so pleased they recorded this short testimonial video with us after the project.
